20 Manor
A Private Estate for Intimate Celebrations, Retreats & Cultural Gatherings
Just outside New York City, hidden among mature trees and open grounds, 20 Manor is a privately owned estate opened selectively for gatherings that value beauty, privacy, and intention.
This is not a traditional venue.
It is a place for people who care how something feels. -
We open the estate for a limited number of gatherings each year, including:
Intimate weddings and private celebrations
Creative retreats and artist residencies
Founder off-sites and leadership gatherings
Wellness weekends and small group retreats
Cultural salons, private dinners, and curated experiences
If your vision involves depth, connection, and a sense of place - rather than volume or templates - you’re likely in the right place.

Of course! Once couples sign with us, we share our curated vendor list, but we’re happy to work with your own vendor preferences too.
We do pay special attention when it comes to catering, mainly because of the higher level of liability involved. The caterer hired for the day must provide and serve both food and alcohol, and they must own a valid New York State full liquor license.

Weddings at 20 Manor are not built around packages, templates, or production schedules.
They unfold naturally - across gardens, under the trees, beside the pool, and within the home itself, shaped by your people, your rhythm, and your vision.
Couples who choose 20 Manor are often looking for something specific:
a setting that feels like a private estate rather than a venue,
and a celebration that feels intimate, intentional, and quietly beautiful.

Reserving a tent is recommended in case of inclement weather. In the event of rain, the ceremony is moved indoors to the house, and dinner takes place under a tent on the tennis court. Couples reserve a tent by placing a deposit with the rental company. Tent pricing depends on the type and size selected.
